Unable to login to my email or reset my password. Possibly hacked. CARE CODE: 201 [LU100]

I am unable to login to my main att email using my user ID.  I have a couple of subaccount emails that are still working, but my main email is not.  It started randomly yesterday.  I am unable to login from my home or work computers or my iphone.  I've tried clearing the cache and cookies with any luck.  I get error CARE CODE: 201 [LU100].  If I try to reset my password I put in my user id and my last name and can't get past that point because it says it's not correct.  There are no phone numbers or chat options to talk to a human to help me out.  I think I may have been hacked as I received a warning in my google account that someone was trying to access google play by sending my phone a passcode.  It's possible they hacked my att email and changed my personal information in my account in addition to my passcode.  

Can anyone help me?  I'm going to register in this forum with my gmail email since i tried with my att email but obviously I can't check my email to get the verification code that gets sent to it in order to register.
