Unable to login, forgot password and security questions
I have spent the last 3 days trying to access my email. I got a message saying that my password needed to be changed as it may have been compromised. I am unable to do that since I forgot my answers to the security questions. And now it tells me that my password doesn't even match my email address. I can't go to MyATT to change my password and security questions since it won't recognize my information. I have talked to several agents on chat and no one has been able to help me, they all say the same thing, that because I can't prove my identity with a recovery number that they can't give me a temporary password. Please can someone help me get out of this mess.
