Unable to log into a email account

I have had this this email address for many years and since yesterday, I am unable to login in - it states I may have an incorrect login or email address, it asks me to sign in with another ID. Care Code: 205.4

The care code you are experiencing is currently a known, ongoing trend that we are aware of. Rest assured we are working to resolve this for you and everyone else experiencing this. We do apologize for this inconvenience.


In the meantime, the current workaround is to reset the password with these steps:

  1. Go to
  2. Select Forgot password?
  3. Fill out the password info.
  4. Choose security questions or temporary password and follow the prompts. If you choose a temporary password, we’ll let you know where we sent it.
  5. Create your new password.
