Unable to create a secure email key
Apparently I'm doing something wrong. I need a secure email key in order to check my ATT email with my desktop/laptop email clients. I get nowhere following the instructions provided by ATT here https://www.att.com/support/article/email-support/KM1240308
Sign into my account - check
Go to my ATT profile??
The only relevant options in My ATT are Go To My Account and Update Profile, both of which simply open a window that shows ONLY my ATT user ID and "Signed In." No other selections can be made there.
All suggestions greatly appreciated!

For the record, I had no issues setting up ATT email on my Android phone. It utilizes the OAuth protocol, whereas my DT/LT Outlook email client does not.

Hello picktoo, we can address your concern with creating a secure mail key.
Another email customer had the same problem and was able to find a solution that worked for them. Give it a try and let us know if it worked, or if you still need assistance.
