unable to change yahoo mail password.

experian emailed about a security breach and suggested changing password. I'm directed from yahoo mail to directv which says i left directv in 2019  (I am still with them). I am an AT&T retiree, using my att/yahoo mail of 20+years. Any advice or suggestions would be terrific.

Please try resetting your mail account's password.

  1. Go to reset your password.
  2. Enter your user ID and the last name associated with your ID.
  3. Choose your verification method and follow the prompts.
  4. Enter and confirm your new password.

You can also try accessing your email account on the web:

  1. Go to currently.com.
  2. Select Mail.
  3. Enter your email address and password.
  4. Get your authentication security code. If you have more than one phone number on your account, choose which number should get your code.
  5. Enter the code and click Submit to sign in.
