Unable to add new email subaccount to Outlook 2019

Can you read the subaccount's email in https://currently.com ?

Can you obtain a Secure Mail Key by logging in to https://att.com with it and use that?

What error messages, etc. are you getting?

I forgot that I needed the Secure Email Key.  I got it set up with help from AT&T ConnecTech.  Thanks.
