Unable to access email
For the past 2 days, I haven't been able to access my email. When I try logging in, I get an alert that says:
The limit for unsuccessful sign-in attempts has been reached. Select Forgot user ID or Forgot password to restore access.
CARE CODE: 205.2 [LU003]
When I select Forgot User ID, I enter my email address, click Continue, and it says my ID was sent to my email address -- the email address that I cannot access.
It's continual loop that never allows me to get into my account.
Can someone advise me or give me a contact number to get help with this problem.

Hi there, @MDavidson67. We understand that you are having an email login concern. We can help you with that.
Thank you for trying the password reset flow. Since that flow was unsuccessful, we are going to move in a different direction.
To further help you, we are going to move into the Direct Message space. You will notice a chat icon, next to a bell icon, in the upper right corner of the thread. Our next message will appear there.
In the meantime, please gather your account information together, because we will ask for it.

I do not see a chat icon or a bell icon at the top of thread or anywhere on the page. Have you sent a direct message?
