Unable to Access Email

I am unable to access my email acct since undated with number sent to my cell phone. I have tried to change the password but unable to enter correct answers to security questions?

Happy to help you reset your password and sign in to your email, nancysaunders123.

Try to reset your password using the temporary password option, instead of answering the security questions.

Go to att.com/myatt.
Select Forgot password?
Fill out the password info.
Choose temporary password and follow the prompts. We’ll let you know where we sent it.
Create your new password.

Let us know if you were able to sign in, or if you still need assistance.
