Trying to sign in to yahoo mail and keep gettin the error "not found on accelerator"
I am trying to sign in to yahoo mail on an iPhone. I have tried via the IOS Mail app, a safari browser, and by downloading the yahoo mail app. I am able to sign in on a desktop using a safari browser. On the phone each of my attempts has ended with an error page that says "Not Found on Accelerator." the description on the error page says "Your request on the specified host was not found. Check the location and try again."
I have reset my password, I have requested my "user ID", I have cleared caches. Please provide me with instructions for how to access yahoo mail on an iPhone.
I made this same question in the community forum last week, AT&T sent me an email saying they need to discuss the issue in private and to log in to the chat on this community forum website, but I had no way of receiving that message because I have very limited access to my email due to my issue of not being able to sign in on an iPad or an iPhone. Now, one week later, I have access to a desktop again and I have come to the community forum to try to find the answer to my issue, however the chat AT&T started with me has apparently timed out and been closed and the agent left a message saying if I want help I should make a new post on the community forum.
I will return to a desktop next week to try again, please post directions on how to sign in to my email here, or give me directions on how to get in touch to resolve the issue. Sending me an email telling me to log in to a different website to access a chat will not work for me, the issue is that I cannot log into my email on my devices.

We'd be glad to help you access your email on your iPhone, ppepper.
We don't provide assistance with Yahoo! email, but a good way to sign in to your AT&T email on your iPhone is to use a secure mail key. A secure mail key is recommended when using a desktop program or mobile app. You can use the key for each of your AT&T email addresses and subaccounts.
Here are the steps:
