Trying to recover an old email address I no longer use
Hi, I created an email account when I was a kid but cannot remember the account details beyond the email address and a few of the security questions. There is a linked email for another family member, but that family member also cannot use their old email. Is there anything that can be done? I already tried going through the normal "reset password" steps multiple times but there is one question I do not remember the answer to. Thank you so much.

In order to further assist with getting you back into your email account, we'll need to meet you in a DM.
