How do I get back in to receive mail from my sbcglobal account?

Whenever I go to my at&t page and open the email it brings up my Yahoo.com email and not the sbcglobal.net email. This is very frustrating.

I tried to  rese a password but was  asked how did I wanted to receive it. I was then given an email address to have the temporary password sent to.  how am I supposed to log into the email address they sent it too without a password. that's crazy. I'm still lost. losing money by the seconds. help.

I have done this and it says my answers aren't ;correct =--I never changed my email password for years and i am pretty sure my answers to the question are correct so now what do i do. I called the following number for email help 1-844-662-8666 who then gave me a number of 888-633-5526 that answered Yahoo and said his name was Love only to be told my email had been hacked and to get it fixed I needed to pay $399.99 for a one time fix and up to 799.99 for a 5 year fix  is this legitimate?

I followed this procedure and could not answer one of the security question so I cannot reset my password.
