trying to login into my sbcglobal.net account

Ahh, ok, thanks, before the policy change.

I have tried and tried to get into my sbcglobal email. About two weeks ago I tried to set up streaming and somehow my sbcglobal email will no longer work. I've had this email account for years. Any ideas on what I can do to fix this?

Go to att.com. Use the chat function. Select support for att internet. Then login issues. Keep selecting and typing agent until you get a live agent. Then tell them you can’t log in to your email and you are getting care code 202.5. Let the agent know you need to have your account resynced. Once they resync it you will be back in. 

I've tried that several times and still won't work. We've literally tried everything.
