Announcement
AT&T is making your email experience more secure. A part of this change is prompt requesting you reenter your password which may affect your ability to sign-in to your email, especially if you cannot remember your password. You will find steps that will help you address your sign in woes. If you have a mail client, you may need to update your settings with our step-by-step guide. in order to access your email given the change.
To reset your password:
Visit the Forgot Password page.
Select "Password".
Enter your full AT&T email address and your last name.
Select Continue.
From the drop-down menu, select "I'll answer my security questions".
Answer the security questions that you set for your account.
Select Continue.
Enter your new password choice.
Hit continue.
You should receive a message saying that your new password selection has been successful. At that point it will log out and bring you back to your login page to enter in your name password and log back into the system.
Once you create the new password, make sure it is stored in a secure place so that you never forget it.
We hope this helps!

When I try to login to my sbcglobal.net (Yahoo) email, I put in my user name and then hit "enter" so I can enter my password, but then I am redirected to an att.net login page where I would have to sign in all over again. I don't feel comfortable with signing in again on this att login. Has my account been hacked?

Hi @SnowOwl2,
I am sorry about the issues. You may be going to an old link that is tied to the Yahoo E-mail, which is causing you to be redirected to the AT&T E-mail login. Check your URL bar to make sure there is a lock, so you know it is a secure site. You can also try logging in at the AT&T E-mail site to see if that helps with the issue. Hope this helps.

AT & T and Yahoo e-mail accounts are no longer merged. You have to sign in
on an AT & T page instead of yahoo. Yahoo was bought by Verizon and it has
affected our two merged accounts, as well. What a pain to figure out how to
merge them again. When you sign in to AT & T they say your contacts and all
e-mails will be lost. Your AT & T account will be empty everything will be under
your old Yahoo e-mail. I hope that this is a better answer than the one you
received. If you figure this out could you e-mail me?

Hello @RickOshay
Welcome to the AT&T Community Forums! Email is always a very important thing to have. The best way to log into your sbcglobal.net account would be to go to this Sign-In Page. Click on the mail link and you’ll be able to sign in with your previous password. Please be sure to bookmark it. Also here is a link to further explain why this is important.

You will have to recreate all of your folders as they will migrate over to the Yahoo.com account.

RE: artgarden@sbcglobal.net
I am unable to get into my email---consistently asking for a password, even after I've given the one
assigned to me. It's been impossible to continue to do business or survive the lack of communications,
I've needed and are accustomed to. I choose to just not pay for these services.
Although an email password was to be sent in the mail..... it wasn't. If I'm no longer able to use this email
PLEASE ACKNOWLEDGE YOUR INTENTIONS BY WAY OF : joycejacksondraw478@gmail.com

I am no longer receiving emails to my sbcglobal.net inbox? I can send but haven’t received anything in a few days? Even when I log in from a computer. They aren’t coming to my phone either?
