sub accounts no longer syncing, or attached
I can no longer sign into both my main email account and my sub-account. These had both been working seamlessly for 10 - 20 years, until something happened last friday. I have tried changing passwords, clearing histories. My phone - android running the Yahoo Mail app - is having similar problems: one or the other of the accounts keeps signing out.

Let's start by troubleshooting using the following suggestions from our Login and Email Solutions guide.
For WebMail:
Clear your browser's cache and cookies
Update your browser
Test signing in to your webmail using another browser
Disable browser tools or add-ons
For the Yahoo! Mail app, we suggest updating or rebuilding your mailbox.
You may need to create a Secure Mail Key to sign in. Using a key instead of your password is a good way to avoid sign-in trouble, and you'll be able to access your email and synchronize your accounts in the Yahoo app.
If you still have trouble signing in, let us know exactly what error message you get, so we can investigate.

Let me phrase my problem more carefully. I am using Mozilla Firefox, on a Windows PC, logging into my sbcglobal accounts via mail.yahoo.com. The mail display page used to show my main account, and my subaccount in the upper left hand corner. I could toggle back and forth between these 2 accounts, and in this way see the mail in each. These accounts each had distinct passwords, and were both logged in simultaneously. Somehow this changed and stopped working last Friday. Now only one or the other is logged in. Logging into one seems to automatically log out the other. I can no longer see both accounts displayed in the upper left hand corner.

wow you guys at ATT community forums (Edited per community guidelines). With all due respect, I have the same exact issue at jkelley10, and I am a currently.com/yahoo.com/att.net. Which are all exactly the same problem. I have spoken with phone support, chat support and no one knows what they are talking about. When I direct my firefox browser to "https://currently.att.yahoo.com/" I can log into my primary account, I can see my two sub accounts, I can log into my 2 sub accounts as long as I am in my primary account, but one of my sub accounts get the message that is can not sync and has the red triangle with the exclamation point inside. I have separate passwords for each of the sub accounts and can log into them individually, or as mentioned log into the main account which gives me access to the 2 sub accounts. No one can seem to figure out how to get the sub account to "sync". In all of the forums in ATT, the answers are the same, "we dont do this, we dont do that, we dont support this, or that. Why dont you guys really focus on customer service and simply solve the problem, rather than continue to tell customers to go somewhere else. Come on guys, you are better than that.
