I do not want to give a phone number. I already have security questions that will do the same thing.
I am not able to access my email even though I am logged in because of the request to add a phone number.
Please help.

I am having the same issue. I followed all of the steps above, when I get to edit user information all I get is a blank screen. Ikone my password and my security questions but still cannot access my email due to being stuck on the enter zip code and phone number screen.
