Still locked out of sbcglobal email
I’ve been locked out for over 2 weeks. I received the temporary password in the mail, but it still wants to send a verification code to an old number that’s not in use. Now what?? So frustrated. I was told the the temporary password would log me in??

Is your email connected to an active AT&T account, or is it a free email? Your answer can help us determine the next steps that we will need to take.
If you have an active service with us under your email ID, here are the steps to change the wireless number for your ID:

For a free AT&T mail account, you may want to follow these steps:
As a warning, it can take up to 30 days before you can use your wireless number to reset your password.
Please let us know if these steps help resolve your issue. If not, we will need to get you into a DM to verify your email account, and look into your concern further.

can't get into 'profile', receive error message: "Somethings gone wrong".
Seems as tho, they want out of the "free" email business, even though Cingular/ATT is the only cell service I've ever had for 20 yrs. So sad
