Still Getting Locked Out of My Yahoo Account & att.net & constantly getting logged out too! Non-stop password reset! Super Frustrating

Well, AT&T decided that since they couldn't solve the problem from my original post, they decided to just close the chat...how nice....

They've only partially fixed the problem & there is still the issue that I can only log into one of my 3 email sub-accounts at one time.

Each time I do this, it locks me out of my other emails so I have to reset my password over & over & I get the stupid care code #205.

What is wrong with these people!!!!  They need to fix this.  I have 3 emails that were all synced together under one account.  I could view all 3 emails under the same account & now I can only look at one at a time & then I have to reset my password to view the other only to get locked out of my other emails.  Then I have to reset the password back & forth. 

I cannot check my emails from home on my iPhone or iPad or any other computer.  This is negatively impacting my work as well.

This needs to get resolved.  If I could get rid of AT&T/Yahoo I would. But then I'd lose all the years of work emails & there is no way to get them back.  So I'm stuck.

There are a bunch of us in the same boat on this issue that ATT has known about for years, yet they cannot fix this. ATT's response is we are sorry we can not help you, but we are trying to fix it. Please try again in 24 hours.

On this issue, ATT is not helping or fixing anything, it seems.

That's the truth!  It took almost a year for my personal email account to start working & I just switched to my gmail account.  Unfortunately I can't do that with my work emails.

And now, I can't even get anyone from AT&T to respond.  This is absurd that we can only use one email at a time.... 

It's ridiculous that we have to tell each other in the office, "Are you using your email right now because I need to check mine", knowing full well that you will get locked out & have to reset your password once they are done.
