Secuirty codes

My security codes from multiple websites either do not show up or come in after the expired time. What is causing the delay?

Hi @DLCurlee, let’s make up for the time you invested. We'll help you find answers for why you are not receiving verification codes.

Check to make sure that your device has the latest software update to ensure you have the latest features and device protection options.

Also, you may need to reset your network settings. This solves most of the issues around not getting verification codes.

If you have the Call Protect app this may be turned on and restricting phone calls and SMS messages to be blocked.
