hello I am locked out of my SBCGLOBAL.NET email account - says incorrect username or password when I try to reset the password it wants to send authorization to the email which I am locked out of? So essentially I am stuck. I tried calling AT&T support very difficult. I was given a webpage to submit a trouble ticket where I gave my email address, folders, and last email. Crickets. have not heard anything back from AT&T. Any help / direction would be helpful. Thank you.

I am in the same boat. When I try to reset my password it tells me “we do not have enough information”
