I'm unable to access my account since this past week. Password reset doesn't work and account has been removed from my yahoo manage accounts. When I try to login into ATT Login Screen, I get the following error:

We don’t have the account details we need to reset your password right now. To get help, call 800.288.2020.

Yes, I tried multiple times calling the number with no assistance. Your chat bot does not help either.

Please advise on getting access to my sbcglobal.net email account.
