i need access to my sbcglobal email but i do not remember my password and now an att email address has been established for me thus the Forgot password process does not work for the sbcglobal account 

please advise.

I am trying to help my elderly father access his sbcglobal account. He has forgotten his password and we have tried going online and calling to have it reset and have not had any luck. Can someone please message me to help with this?

Suddenly i cant get into my subaccount.  I sign in and it takes me to the main.  What do i do? Who do i call?

It looks like ATT has stopped supporting the sbcglobal.net accounts. Is there anybody that can help with the login issues?

I don't know that they support sbcglobal.net accounts much worse than any other subscriber e-mail account, which is to say not very well.

I am having the same problem.  I try to reset my sbcglobal password and I am getting a message saying "Hmm... we can't reset your password.  We don't have the account details needed to complete your request".  Why is it so hard to change your email password when you need to?

Cant logon to my old Sbcglobal account, tried resetting it it never works

I can't account for this but since January, with only one exception, I've been able to log in without having to change my password.  I thought that they had done a program update to fix this.

The action that I took before was the change the password through MyATT.  

One thing that could be problem is if you also have DirectTV.  They made some changes last week and if you had to reset the DirectTV password you may also have to update the sbcglobal.net password.  😕

I need to export all of my sbcglobal.net emails, folders and subfolders to my outlook email. How can I accomplish that?
