sbcglobal.net strikes again

I was able to finally get into my account. I saved the password to my devices & also I wrote it down. I was able to stay logged in for a couple weeks & everything was fine. Now today I cannot log in & I get a 205 error on first try. Then I tried to just reset password & says hmmm...dont recognize. Now what?
