Sbcglobal.net password problem

I am constantly being kicked out of my att email.  It says I have had too many failed login attempts.  I have to change my password.  It is happening every other day!  Any help would be appreciated.  I use a Windows PC and an IPhone.

We can explain why you're being kicked out of your email and having to reset your password, Clippus.

 

This is due to bad actors who have been trying to access AT&T email accounts. We're aware that this is happening to other email users, and we're working on a resolution. You can get more information about why this is happening and what we're doing to fix it in our article that discusses the dreaded 205 error code.

 

In the meantime, try the following troubleshooting options as a workaround. They've helped some email users put an end to constant reset requests.
