Having no problem accessing email on my phone. Try to log on to my desktop and it keeps logging me out and will not bring up the log in window to enter email and password.

Tried on 2 separate PC's same error.

What the Heck!

We're here to help you get back into your email on your PC, @FrickesElectric!

When trying to access your email on your PC, are you trying to sign in via Currently? The reason we ask this is that Currently is our support webmail page.

If so, try resetting your password as this will re-sync your email in our system and can at times alleviate sign in issues.

Go to reset your password.
Enter your user ID and the last name associated with your ID.
Choose your verification method and follow the prompts.
Enter and confirm your new password.

If you arne't using Currently, please let us know how you are attempting to access your email on your PC. Depending on the method, we may need to switch up our troubleshooting perocess.
