Sbcglobal.net email does not login

Hi there. I have a sbcglobal.net email and have never had issues with it. I am now trying to login on my new mac and it does not recognize my email address at all. It wants me to login with an ID, which I do not have. When I try to recover my ID, it says none of my recovery emails are in the system at all. 

Would love any help you can provide.

Let's get you logged back into your email, @HannahKate.

 

Just to verify, how exactly are you trying to login? If you're logigng in via webmail, then you'll want to login using Currently. If the credentials you're putting in aren't correct, you can perform a password reset by following these simple steps:

  1. Go to att.com/myatt.
  2. Select Forgot password?
  3. Fill out the password info.
  4. Choose security questions or temporary password and follow the prompts. If you choose a temporary password, we’ll let you know where we sent it.
  5. Create your new password.

If you're trying to login via a 3rd party email client, then you may need to create a Secure Mail Key. This depends on whether or not the client you're using supports OAuth or not. If your client doesn't support OAuth, then creating a Secure Mail Key should allow you to login without issue.
