sbcglobal.net email account

I have been locked out of my account. Keeps going to the ATT login and does not recognize my login or password. What happened to sbc access?

Let's help you gain access to your email, @chooch2035!

 

We suggest that you reset your password. This will help re-sync your account and can help you gain access again. You'll want to follow the steps below to reset your password:

  1. Go to att.com/myatt.
  2. Select Forgot password?
  3. Fill out the password info.
  4. Choose security questions or temporary password and follow the prompts. If you choose a temporary password, we’ll let you know where we sent it.
  5. Create your new password.

You may also need to clear your cache and cookies to clear any stored password info that may be saved.

 

Are you receiving any error codes when you attempt to access your email? What website or app do you use to log in? These details will help us identify anything that may be preventing you from accessing your account.

Hi Lacey,

That did not work. It just redirects to the log in page. It only recognizes and old at&t email that i do not use. I need to access my sbc global account.

AT&T Customer service kept me on the phone for 40 minutes and then told me to call first net who is my cell phone carrier. ATT customer service was No help whatsoever.

Your concern will go to ATT’s executive team. They will assign a tech person to help you. Someone from the executive team will call you so be ready for a call from a number you don’t recognize and thereafter be available for the tech call. They contacted me the same day I completed the form and my problem was solved with a tech soon after. The person from the president’s office said they lock accounts when there are hacking attempts. Both she and the tech were kind and helpful. Completely different level of service than customer service reps. Good luck.
