As you have stated that you are unable to remember the answers to your security questions. Let's try the other password reset option.

Go to att.com/myatt.
Select Forgot password?
Fill out the password info.
Choose temporary password and follow the prompts. If you choose a temporary password, we’ll let you know where we sent it.
Create your new password.

If the other temporary password option is not there, that means that it was not setup during the registration of the email address. If that is the case, please return here and let us know and there much more that we can do.
