sbcglobal mail account auto logs out instantly on all devices

For a few months now my sbcglobal.net account will auto log out the moment i click log in, i've tried waiting, logging in multiple times, clearing my cache and cookies, trying other browsers, trying on mobile, i get the same auto-log out every time.

We'd be happy to help stop your email from constantly logging you out, @spazman8675309.

We recommend that you reset your email password, this will help re-sync your email and should allow you to log into your email normally.

You can follow these steps to help you reset your email password:

  1. Go to att.com/myatt.
  2. Select Forgot password?
  3. Fill out the password info.
  4. Choose security questions or temporary password and follow the prompts. If you choose a temporary password, we’ll let you know where we sent it.
  5. Create your new password.

Please reach back out and let us know if this helps.

We can assist you with your email inquiry, 1821tm.

Please provide more information about your experience:

  • What website or app are you signing in on?
  • What kind of device are you signing in on?
  • What is the exact error message that you're getting?
  • What troubleshooting options have you tried?

The more information we have, the better. We'll be awaiting your response.

Thanks for answering our questions, @1821tm

Since you're unable to reset your password, we'll need to speak privately to manually reset it for you. Please check your direct message inbox in the top right corner of the screen. We'll be messaging you there shortly.
