sbcglobal email nightmare
Is there STILL no solution to this ongoing sbcglobal lock-out nightmare?
It's gone from a year and a half of inconvenience having to get reset codes via txt every 2 weeks to now being told "NOPE, we can't txt you codes or give it to you verbally anymore. Prior to September 2022 I was at least able to get email on my ipad and iphone, just my imac would go down. I'm now locked out of all devices. And because I don't have an "account" any longer at ATT there's no way for me to reset even though the remnants of my old services remain. This is insane. How can they just leave customers hanging like this? Most of us have had our sbcglobal address for 20+ years.
