Sbcglobal Email Deleted, GONE?

A couple of days ago I recently tried to login to my old sbcglobal.net email however I was notified that it had reached the max login attempts which was weird. I tried to reset the password but to no avail and the website said my password could not be reset. I spent hours on the phone trying to contact At&T agents about my problem. All they did was create a new email for me in hopes that I would just drop the issue. However I have MULTIPLE accounts and information on my sbcglobal.net account and can no longer get access to it and on top of that I have a useless email sitting here now. I have already filed a FCC complaint about my issue as I have seen multiple other users with this issue and theirs has been resolved. I really need access to MY account but At&t has been no help at all so far. Can anyone give me any suggestions I would really appreciate it and thank you if you are reading this.
