1. When the page loads click the menu icon and choose mail.

2. You will then see a sign-in page, use your email address and password to sign-in

If you receive an error message stating your password is incorrect you will need to do a password reset. Here's how to do that:

1. Go to http://sm.att.com/80193862

2. Choose forgot password

3. Fill in your new password

4. Select security questions or temporary password and follow the prompts. If you choose a temporary password, we’ll let you know where we sent it.

This link is asking my userID, do I use my SBCGLobal info?  Seems to be more for AT&T.

ok, that has worked, thankyou.  I'm wondering how long until I have this sort of issue again?  I'd like to migrate my emails to a yahoo address.  Any tips?

To answer your first question on how long it will take to have this issue again? We do not want you to experience this again, so measures have been put in place to prevent a reoccurrence.

To answer your final question about migrating your email to a yahoo address? At this time, we do not have the ability to migrate your AT&T email to Yahoo Mail. The best we can do is the use of currently from AT&T which is sponsored by Yahoo.
