Resetting password on flash.net email account - please help!

I have an old flash.net email address where I have forgotten my password.  When going through the security questions, I have not been able to answer them correctly and am now locked out.  Is there a number for customer service who can reset this account for me.  I was not sure if it was yahoo.com or att.  Any help would be much appreciated.

We can help you with your email password reset, @allykins99.

 

You can also reset your password using a temporary password. You'll want to wait 24 hours from your last sign in attempt, as the 205.2 [LU003] care code means that the email account is locked. To reset using a temporary password:

  1. Go to myAT&T.
  2. Select Forgot password.
  3. Fill out the password info.
  4. Choose temporary password and follow the prompts. We’ll let you know where we sent it.
  5. Create your new password.

I have not been able to set up a new password for this email address @flash.net as I do not know the correct answers to the security questions to get to the temporary password set up.  I think I am now locked out due to numerous attempts to answer the questions.
