reset password loop
My husband updated the computer and was immediately unable to log into his snet.net email account. He attempted to reset the password as prompted. He reset it and was given a prompt to be sent a verification code to his cell phone number. The verification code never comes. This has been tried multiple times over the last 2 days. He has been locked out of his only email account since yesterday. We have called the help numbers many times but because we do not have an AT&T account for direct TV or telephone, they can't help us. How can there be no one to help? I can get into my snet.net email just fine, so we know it is not the browser. There is something wrong and no one can help us. How is this even possible?
