When I try forgot password says hmmm not enough account details to help. I cleared cache tried laptop login instead of phone. I called att they said they don’t see recovery phone number or questions set up.  I know I have both I have used them.  This happened in September this year and I called they were able to reset now they say start new email 

My wife's email account is locked and AT&T provides no way to unlock it due to "security changes".  This an unacceptable business practice to hold her personal messages hostage and keep her from using the email address she has had for 30 years.  I understand there are security concerns but AT&T must provide a way to override them when there is no real security issue.
