Hi there, wtherndon. We understand that your email access has stopped working. We can help you with that.

The answer to your question is no. AT&T hasn't stopped supporting your legacy email address. The domain of prodigy.net is retired. All that means is that no new email accounts can be created with that email address domain.

Let's work on getting your email address working again. The first step is to make sure that you still have access to that email address. Please go to AT&T/Yahoo and sign in with your existing email address and password

If you do not remember your password, then we recommend a password reset.  Follow steps easy steps:

  1. Go to reset your password.
  2. Enter your user ID and the last name associated with your ID.
  3. Choose your verification method and follow the prompts.
  4. Enter and confirm your new password.

After changing your password, then go back to AT&T/Yahoo and try signing in again If that works, you should be in your inbox.

If you are unable to follow any of these steps, please let us know because there is much more that we can do for you.

I also have this problem. I just got off the phone with ATT and the young lady (Yvonne) stated that ATT no longer supported the "prodigy.net" service and that my email account no longer exists and that there is no way to recover my emails to transfer to an new account.
