Primary email password not recognized
The system does not recognize the password for my primary email consistently. I have to reset my password every other day to be able to access my email account. Is this a new security feature? Or is there an issue with my account?

What you're experiencing with your email is part of a known issue, and we're working to resolve this as soon as possible. We encourage you to review our Forums post all about Care Code: 205.2, which includes workarounds and causes.

I'm moving this thread to the Email forum.
Now that you're in the correct forum, take a look at the list of posts here. You'll see that nearly every one of them covers this exact same issue. Many of them have posts from AT&T with causes and the workaround (there is no fix at present).
