Hey @Little Lyn. We understand how important it is to keep your email secure, and we'd be happy to help you.

We'd suggest checking out our information on how to report fraud for the email that you received. Furthermore, we'll need for you to forward the email that you received to abuse@att.net. We'll then be able to review the email you received. If you didn't request to have your email to be disconnected, then it's most likely spam email.

Please reach back out if you have any further questions. Thanks for contacting the AT&T Community Forums.

Can you confirm if someone stole your identity if purchases are made with your personal information? What billing method is being used for the purchases? Is it possible that someone with a similar name and email address is receiving the account instead? What steps can you take to investigate and protect your personal information?
