PASSWORD RESET

I've asked this before, and had a DM started, but then closed, because I didn't respond in a timely manner.

When I sign into my email on my desktop, I'll get this error: The limit for unsuccessful sign-in attempts has been reached. Select Forgot user ID or Forgot password to restore access.  So I'll reset my password, and it's fine again.  But then I need to reset my password on my IOS devices to update them, also.  But the very next time I try to login to my email on my desktop, I'll get the same exact ERROR message!!!!  I think I've changed my password no less than 25 times, because it's happening every single day!! It's like one device is overriding the other.  How do I resolve this??
