Overseas and cannot log into my email
I haven't had any trouble for three months and now today it is requiring sending a code to my US cell phone which I cannot access from here.
I tried Chat but doesn't work "Looks like I'm having trouble right now, try out support page."
I saw another post here from someone with the same problem and clicked on the link provided in the response to edit my profile and got this message:
You don't have permission to access "http://m.att.com/myatt/native/deepLink.html?" on this server.
How can I access my email?

I tried the number provided on the chart for the country I’m in and waited on hold two different times before being disconnected. I waited even though the opening recording said it was for “teleconferencing support.”
I’ve called the US support number that pops up on the screen three times. The first time I ran out of minutes so had to get more. The second time I was told I had to talk to “digital support “ and that the office was closed. The third time I was on hold for 15 minutes, explained I needed “digital support “, was transferred, on hold for another 20 minutes then disconnected.
I still cannot access my email.
