Outlook 365 not accepting secure mail key
I upgraded my laptop and received my secure mail key from AT&T to activate my Outlook 365. When I put the secure mail key into the password field, I keep getting "Something Went Wrong. We couldn't create the Outlook data file. Make sure the disk you are saving isn't full or write-protected and that the file isn't being used".
I've created three different secure mail keys and none of them work as a password.

Hi Elmi,
Unfortunately, the 3rd party section did not help.
To answer your two questions:
1) I am able to send/receive emails on my smart phone
2) I am able to send/receive emails from AT&T's online Y-Mail/Currently website

Thanks for providing that update, @gus8499.
Since the troubleshooting steps offered didn't seem to fix the issue for you, the last things we'd recommend trying is ensuring your email is configured correctly and following our guide on setting up your email in Outlook (The steps should be relatively the same between Outlook 365 and Outlook 2016).
Let us know how these steps work for you!
