Not receiving Facebook nor instagram recent emails

Since Facebook and Instagram are the only websites that you're not getting emails from, there's likely a problem with your email settings.

Facebook and Instagram run on the same servers, so let's start by following these troubleshooting steps from the Facebook support page to update your email settings:

• Open the Facebook App
• Click Facebook menu button
• Scroll down and select Settings
• Scroll down and select Notification Settings
• Scroll down and select Email
• From here, you can make changes to receive emails about your account

Please try again, I’ve already seen this exact same post and I have checked the setting and made sure I have it enabled to receive emails from Facebook. I receive emails from pretty much anywhere else, except these 2, do you guys have a spam filter that’s catching these? They aren’t in my spam and aren’t in my inbox, so it’s definitely not getting to me. Please advise.

If you feel like you are still not receiving those e-mails, we suggest you reach out to our AT&T E-mail Postmaster team at abuse_rbl@abuse-att.net to make sure that the websites you want e-mails from are properly unblocked.

Hi Donovan,

I’ve emailed that postmaster group a few times now and I receive no response what so ever. Is there anything else that can be done so I can receive my password reset email that Facebook is sending me? Any help you can provide would be greatly appreciated.

The Postmaster team are the only ones who can unblock email domains. They get pretty backed up, so you'll have to give them time to respond to you. Try not to email them back-to-back, as it could result in you being flagged as spam.

A month later… still not a word from the postmaster team, is there anyway this could be escalated or moved along to the right team??

Is there anyway we can get someone to look further into this issue? It’s been over 2 months and I still cannot receive emails from Facebook, can no one fix this??

Also cannot retrieve my FB password reset but receive all other email. No blocks set up and no response from Postmaster so what are we supposed to do?
