Not Found on Accelerator Error
I have had my sbcglobal.net email address for more than 20 years. Several days ago, it abruptly stopped working. I have reset my password and my recovery email and phone number on the AT&T website. It still does not work. I have cleared my cache, history and cookies. Still does not work. I have used a different browser and a different computer. Same problem.
I have called AT&T multiple times and no one can figure it out. I keep getting transferred around until I am disconnected. I need access to my email account. Who can help with this?

I spent another 30 minutes on the phone with AT&T tech support this morning. I was told that Bell South has a server down and that is the cause of the problem. He said it will be another 48 hours (minimum) before my email account is restored and that there is nothing else I can do in the meantime.
My sbcglobal.net email address has been down for a week at this point.
