Take these steps to see if you can reset the password on your end:\

Go to att.com/myatt.
Select Forgot password?
Fill out the password info.
Choose security questions or temporary password and follow the prompts. If you choose a temporary password, we’ll let you know where we sent it.
Create your new password.

Let us know if it works! If not, we have a few more things we can try.

I am stuck in the same situation. There is not a temporary password link to try. And my security question answers are not working. Is there a fix for this????
