Need to access deceased parent's email account asap please

Hello, I need to access my father's email account, who has passed away recently. I have his phone and ipads, but don't know his security questions so having trouble. I do have the death certificate. Who can I contact to help me gain access please? Thank you so much. He has an att.net email address. @ATTHelp
