Need Forced Logout on SBCGLOBAL email

My account was hacked about a month ago. No matter how many times I change my password, the person is still in my account because they aren’t forced to sign out and sign in with new password.

every other email service has this feature. Where is it?!

Please try resetting your mail account's password. Once you reset the password, any devices which are logged in should ask to re-enter the password.

  1. Go to reset your password.
  2. Enter your user ID and the last name associated with your ID.
  3. Choose your verification method and follow the prompts.
  4. Enter and confirm your new password.

Also, please update or change your security questions and answers:

 

1. Go to your myAT&T profile. Sign in, if asked.

2. Select Change your security questions in the Sign-in Info section.

3. Complete and save your security questions and answers.

Please visit ⁠Yahoo website, and sign in with your email login credentials. This should get you to a page where you can see activity and device login history. You can sign out of the individual devices shown.
