Must reset password EVERY time I log in
For whatever reason, I cannot sign into my account without resetting my password every time I log in. I reset the password to the same thing every time. Not only is this a TERRIBLE user experience, this is unacceptable for a large tech company to not be able to get this right.

I have to do this as well and have for several months. And even though I can keep using the same one every time, it also means I have to sign in again on my phone. Because I can stay signed in on my phone, every single time I have to reset on a PC, my phone no longer recognizes my sign in. I have cleared by browser cache - I have used different browsers and I have used multiple computers. It makes no difference. I usually get at the most 48 hours but usually within 24 I have to reset my password. I go to the login site and receive a message that I have tried too many times to login unsuccessfully even though I have not even logged in yet. If this isn't fixed soon, I am going to have to give up my sbcglobal.net email and just go with gmail. This is getting BEYOND annoying and way too time consuming
