months of having to reset password
It has been months and I am still having to reset my password(both att.com and myatt{which i dont use anymore}).Getting the: to many attempts error message, but I havent tried at all until I need to go on att.com. I had been told to clear some caches guess for the app; dont use the app so it doesnt solve my problem. An i am not the only one with this issue. It is to the point i have had to reset it several times this month and I have used the same password over and over. It logins me back in; until.... When is AT&T Going to Fix This?

Until ATTChrisZ said their "nerds" were working on it I kept thinking "never" might be the answer to that question. Then I decided ok, maybe it will be sooner than "never". But it's been 3 months since then and longer since AT&T figured out what was happening and I'm back to "never" possibly being the answer.
