lost access to my sbcglobal.net email
I just lost access to my sbcglobal.net email. I use Currently.com and select Mail <envelope icon> and Sign In. I get a new popup window to Sign In to access AT&T mail and Currently.com. I type my sbcglobal.net email and then password. Then I get another popup window to Sign In using Yahoo account. I then get taken to another popup window where I need to reset my password. I did this and I was taken to an AT&T account, but I could not access my sbcglobal.net email. Please help.

Let's look at your email account deeper, bill224.
The known concern with looping sign-in has been resolved. If the problem still persists, then there is something else that you can do to clear it. We recommend to clear the cache, cookies and browsing data. Here is how you do that:
f you have a PC running Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer®, or Edge®:
If you have a Mac running Chrome or Firefox:
If you have a Mac running Safari:
You can find these steps above, in our clear cache and cookies and browsing data support article.
If you are still unable to access your email after clearing the cache and cookies, we also recommend you reset your password. Here is the way that you do that:
You can find those steps by using our Trouble Signing into Your Free Email Account - Things to know from the AT&T Community | AT&T Community Forums (att.com) article.
Try all of the steps from both articles and please update us if they worked for you. If they do not work, then there is much more that we can do get your concern resolved.
Thank you for using the AT&T Community Forms.

I have the same issue. I assume this is a system issue on the ATT side. This is not the first time this has happened. Probably nothing we can do but wait and hope we can get access to our accounts again at some point today.

We are here to help you get back into your email, Brian46374.
We suggest that you clear your cache and cookies on your browser, because this will get rid of anything that is affecting the page to load properly.
You should also reset your password:
After you reset your password, we suggest that you wait a full 24 hours so that it will fully resync your account.
Let us know if this helps.

@ATTHelp Clearing the cache and cookies did not resolve the issue. I've also reset my password several times because the page was redirecting to a password reset earlier. This is a technical issue with the site and the authentication redirection. There is a loop where ATT redirects to yahoo and then yahoo immediately logs out and redirects back to ATT. Can you please bump this up to a higher level support? If you review the new forum threads today this is happening to many people. There are many people that cannot access their mail at all today due to this issue. Not sure if this is just for legacy sbcglobal.net accounts or not.

Same problem here with a Bellsouth.net sub-account unable to log in. After entering email address and password, the next screen asks for zip code and wireless number to proceed. Tried entering that, then received an authorization code via text, entered that, but still unable to access email. Please, ATT, fix this problem and stop advising everyone to reset their password, which does not solve the issue.
