Logout Successful Error Help

I have been locked out of my email for a week now.

When I attempt to log in (sbcglobal.net address), I immediately go to a "logout successful" screen that then redirects me to my login page again. 

I've looked through the forums and have seen a lot of people have this issue. I've attempted all the quick fixes, such as clearing cache, restarting my computer, switching browsers, even switching computers!

It seems that the only solution was for ATT to resolve this issue via DM. If there is any other known solution please let me know.
