Loging into email
Almost every time I log into my email is says I have had to many log in attempts and I have to go through Forgot password in order to log in. I do not understand because I only had one log in attempt. What is going on?

Let's gather some more information to assist troubleshooting your email better:
It's possible you need to set up a secure mail key. The secure mail key will be a 16 character password that will take place of your current email password.
Depending on how you are trying to access the email, the program you are using may not be open authentication compatible, if this is the case you will need a secure mail key.
By accessing the open authentication information we have a table of compatible programs and the respective operating system that is needed to use open authentication.
